Events: Living, the Italian house in Soho

Momentoitalia is glad to invite all our friends, family and collegues to this nice cheerful event called "LIVING The Italian House in Soho" . From October 27th to December 20th New York will become the center of attention of the Italian design and lifestyle through this amazing exposition of Italian furniture products.

Organized by the Lombardy Region and Milan Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Italian Consulate and the Institute of Culture in New York, the goal is to promote the furniture design and quality of the Lombardy Region of Italy. Lombardy, which hold Milan as its Capital is the place for design, style and fashion. Here all the best Italian furniture companies, fashion designers and luxury brands escalate the fame and success which let them become symbols of luxury worldwide.
























The exhibition will take place at 172 Mercer Street at Houston Street in New York City, from October 27th to December 20th , 2008. This location is also known as Soho, the artistic and trendy location for shop addiction, cultural inspiration and social life.

This event aim to recreate 5 living spaces of a typical Italian modern design house including bedroom, kitchen, dining room, office and entertainment room, spa and bathroom. Through this exhibition 40 Italian companies, new and well established in USA, will have the chance to meet directly with New Yorkers and interact with them through a series of events related to business and pleasures. There will beseminars every Tuesdays at 6pm where you can get real into Italian design and discuss about it, there will movies showing on wednesdays and opening cocktails.
